Is the DISH BUDDY™ only for dishes?

The DISH BUDDY™ makes washing up easier. BUT, did you know you can use your DISH BUDDY™ for a whole array of things? Like cleaning your stove, cleaning the sink, or even around your shower or bath.

When will my order be processed?

Once your order has been placed we will begin processing within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes! You will receive a confirmation email after your purchase.

What is the returns policy?

We hope you love your Dish Buddy - but if on the rare occasion your order arrives faulty or you have any technical issues with your Dish Buddy please contact us and we will not hesitate to resolve any issues for you.

Do you provide a tracking link?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped we will send you an email letting you know your order is on the way to you. This email will include your tracking link.

Why hasn't my tracking updated?

Tracking not updated yet? Don't panic! Once you receive your tracking it can take up to 24 hours for it to update.

Do you ship worldwide?

We sure do! We proudly offer FREE worldwide shipping for all Dish Buddy™ customers.

My item arrived faulty, what do I do?

We are so sorry to hear this has happened. Please don't panic, we are here to help!

If on the rare occasion your Dish Buddy™ arrives damaged or faulty please contact us ASAP and we will resolve this for you.

I have changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

We are so sad to hear you no longer need your Dish Buddy™

Once orders are placed we begin processing as soon as possible - if you wish to cancel your order please get in contact with us as soon as your order has been placed.

Do I have to pay custom fees?

Dish Buddy™ are not responsible for any duties, taxes or customs fees.

I think my parcel is lost, what do I do?

If you think your parcel may be lost please get in touch with us and we will look into this for you.
